Healing the Mind, Supporting the Whole You

At Ashtoria, we take a modern, integrative approach to mental health that goes beyond symptom management — addressing the why behind how you feel.

Functional psychiatry blends the latest in medical science with holistic, root-cause healing. Rather than masking symptoms with medication alone, we explore how your nutrition, hormones, gut health, nervous system, trauma history, and lifestyle all play a role in your emotional and mental well-being.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, or mood imbalances, we’re here to support your healing with compassion, precision, and personalized care.

Common Conditions We Treat:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression (including treatment-resistant depression)

  • PTSD and trauma-related symptoms

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • ADHD and focus difficulties

  • Hormone-related mood changes (PMS, PMDD, perimenopause)

  • Sleep issues and nervous system dysregulation

Treatment Options May Include:

  • Functional lab testing to uncover underlying imbalances

  • Nutritional psychiatry with targeted supplements and brain-nourishing strategies

  • Prescription medication management when clinically appropriate

  • Nervous system regulation using breathwork, somatic tools, and lifestyle therapy

  • Ketamine therapy for clients ready for deeper emotional healing

What is Ketamine Therapy?

Ketamine is one of the most promising breakthroughs in modern psychiatry, especially for those who haven’t found relief through conventional treatments. Known for its rapid impact on mood and trauma symptoms, ketamine helps reset the brain’s pathways — often reigniting hope and restoring emotional resilience.

At Ashtoria, we offer in-clinic ketamine therapy with intentional medical and emotional support. Each session is held in a safe, nurturing space and includes preparation, guided integration, and collaboration with your care team.

Please note: Clients must have a primary care provider and a therapeutic support system to qualify. An initial psychiatric evaluation is required.

Pricing: • $1,750 per series of 6 treatments (includes preparation, integration, and ongoing clinical support) • $600 when enrolled in a 6- or 12-month Ashtoria Membership

Appointment Structure:

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation • 60 minutes | $350 A comprehensive intake to explore your story, goals, and individualized care plan.

Follow-Up Visits • 45 minutes | $200 Offered weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your treatment needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to stop my current medication to work with you?

A: Not at all. We meet you where you are. Our integrative approach can complement your current psychiatric treatment — and if any changes are needed, they’re made thoughtfully and collaboratively.

Q: Can I do this without therapy?

A: We strongly encourage ongoing therapeutic support.

Functional psychiatry is most effective when paired with a healing relationship — whether that’s a licensed therapist, coach, or guide.

Q: Is this covered by insurance?

A: We are a private-pay clinic and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA cards.

Q: Do you only prescribe natural treatments?

A: No — we offer both conventional and integrative tools, including prescription medications, supplements, lifestyle therapy, and ketamine treatment. Our goal is the right plan for you, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Q: Is ketamine therapy safe?

A: Yes, when administered under proper medical supervision. All candidates undergo a thorough screening to ensure safety and appropriateness, and our team stays with you throughout your treatment journey.
