New Client Intake Evaluation (90 min) + Follow-up Assessment & Blueprint review (90 min)

• Price for first (2) visits ~ $1500

• If you choose to join one of our memberships that day, this fee will go towards that membership

 

Follow-up Appointments:   

• 30 minutes:  $375

• 45 minutes - $400

• 60 minutes:  $425

• Lab/Blood Draw: $50
