FAQ

General Questions

Where are you located?

We are located at the Shops of Carriage Crossing near 385 and Houston Levee in Collierville, TN. Our office suite is #703, between Dillard’s and Sephora.

Where are your prices listed?

We do not disclose all of our pricing on our website, as it is difficult to estimate the amount of treatments needed to achieve your desired results. Some service prices (such as facials and certain laser treatments) are listed as they do not vary. Other service prices (including injections and Fractional laser treatments) may vary from client to client as the final cost will depend on how many units, syringes, or sessions are needed to deliver optimal results. Our nurses are experts at assessing skin health and can give you an accurate price quote for treatment plans that can address your specific needs. This can be done during a private consult.

What does a consultation consist of?

Most of our services require a consultation before they can be performed. Your no-obligation consultation is booked for one hour with one of our Registered Nurses, who will ask about your ideal results and share before & after photos of relevant treatment options. You are encouraged to ask questions as well! Your Nurse will work with you to determine the best treatment plan to help you reach your aesthetic and wellness goals.

Can I complete a service the same day as a consultation?

Some services can be completed the same day as a consultation. These include Botox and/or Filler injections. Laser treatments cannot be performed the same day as a consultation as they typically require more time on our schedule. With that said, we are happy to accommodate same day consultations and services as long as your provider has availability on the schedule that day.

Can I bring my child / friend / mother / etc. with me?

  • Children: Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accommodate children in our facility. We do not allow children under the age of 18 in our office unless they have an appointment of their own, such as a Teen Facial. Please make prior arrangements if you have children in your care.

  • Friend / Mother / etc: To maintain a private and quiet atmosphere, we do not allow extra guests with you at your appointment. If you have a friend or family member who would like to support you during your visit, please inform our staff when booking your appointment. Guests must have an appointment of their own if they intend to receive services of any kind. If your guest is interested in a consult we can book them for a separate appointment, or book the both of you for a double consult so you can both visit with one of our nurses at the same time. We’ll just need your guest to call and provide their own contact information and consultation fee.

Can I book an appointment for my spouse / friend / etc.?

No. We require that all clients 18 years and older schedule their own appointments. This is in accordance with laws that protect patient privacy. However, if you’d like to pay for someone’s treatment, you are welcome to purchase a gift card or pay over the phone at the time of his or her service.

General Questions

Are your treatments safe for people of color?

Yes. We take our treatment results seriously and offer a variety of service options to effectively treat all skin tones. While some lasers can damage deeper skin tones, our Fotona Laser system was designed to safely treat skin concerns on even the deepest skin tones.

Can you get rid of moles / scars / melasma / etc.?

We do have treatments that can significantly reduce the appearance and texture of scars and pigments, however, we cannot guarantee that any benign skin lesions or pigmentations can be completely erased. Our trained nurses can assess your skin during a private consult and discuss realistic treatment results based on the severity of your skin concerns. Please note that some skin lesions may require assessment by a dermatologist before treatment.

Are treatments painful?

While some treatments may cause temporary discomfort, most of our treatments are comfortable and require no downtime or special precautions. We understand that pain tolerance varies from one client to the next, so our staff uses extra care and attention to ensure that each client is comfortable during and after a treatment.

How can I maintain my results?

It is important to understand that most treatments are not “one and done.” For best results, follow all post-care directions for your specific treatment(s). We carry high-quality, medical-grade skincare that is proven to protect and enhance results post-treatment. You will receive a personalized skincare proposal based on your skin type and the treatment performed. Employing an at-home skincare routine is crucial to maintaining results long-term.
