Ashtoria Aesthetics & Wellness is Collierville’s premier Medical Aesthetics Spa, offering the industry’s top-studied treatments for the face and body. Our top services include Botox/Dysport injections, Dermal Fillers, Laser treatments, High-Grade Facials, Permanent Cosmetics, and more.


Being a member of the Ashtoria team requires a deep passion for helping others feel good about themselves, as well as personal accountability for maintaining our high standards of service. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated customer service representative to serve as our full-time Client Care Specialist (aka Front Desk Reception). Applicants must be willing to commit at least two (2) years to their position. Priority will be given to candidates who show potential for advancement within our company. - Represent Ashtoria with professionalism and kindness

- Meet and greet all incoming clients and guests

- Ensure that the reception/front desk area and communication lines (phone, email, etc.) are being covered properly

- Help clients find solutions (both services and products) that meet their specific needs

- Foster and nurture positive relationships with clients

- Ensure all procedures, practices, client interactions, and environmental factors promote and achieve the highest satisfaction in client experience



- Open the office according to business standards,

- Engage with clients in phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and checkout process

- Answer and/or direct incoming questions and requests appropriately

- Keep all client-related communications and documents confidential & HIPAA-compliant

- Facilitate clear communication between management, service providers, and clients

- Keep all office areas clean, including waiting area, restrooms, and treatment rooms

- Collect payments for products and services, maintaining the highest accuracy

- Master a basic understanding of each service offering

- Assist with local marketing events as needed

- Collecting and handling payments

- Other duties as assigned



- High School Diploma/GED required. College experience or degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential

- Two (2) or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a spa or high-end retail environment

- Ability to multi-task with strong personal judgment in managing priorities

- Ability to utilize strong decision making, analytical, and follow-up skills

- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)

- Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a strong ability to influence and build rapport

- Strong customer service skills

- Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols

- Must maintain a high attention to detail
