Dear readers, in light of recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we at Ashtoria want to provide some information regarding our office hours, the precautions we’re taking to ensure the health and safety of our clients, and staff, and review some things you can do to protect your health.

For the foreseeable future, our office will remain open and maintain normal business hours (unless otherwise noted on our social media pages). Our cleaning and sanitation regimens are extensive even during normal circumstances, but we are taking extra precautions during this time to ensure that all high-traffic surfaces are disinfected regularly with medical-grade cleaning products. It is also standard protocol to have HEPA filters on all industrial units in medical facilities to keep the air pure. We have adhered to this protocol since we opened for business in 2015. Our HVAC system also uses UV light technology for further purification, and air purification units are used in our laser room during treatments. Our nurses have always worn gloves while performing injections or laser services, and all utensils are fully sterilized before use. Your health and safety are always our top priority.

Due to these developing circumstances, we will be implementing a more lenient cancellation policy. Under normal circumstances, we require that appointments be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee. We will be waiving this fee until further notice, so if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or feeling under the weather, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as your symptoms are present. This is in the best interest of yourself, other clients, and our staff.

Per CDC guidelines, we encourage you to wash your hands regularly with antibacterial soap and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. If soap and water are not available, you can clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Remember to use a tissue or the inside of your elbow to cover coughs and sneezes, and wash your hands immediately after using tissues. Staying hydrated and keeping Vitamin C and D levels up is also highly recommended at this time.

Thank you so much for your continued support during these unfamiliar circumstances. Small businesses like us truly appreciate your patronage and we will continue to ensure that your time with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Stay well,

The Ashtoria Team
